Cost: Granby packages are purchased manufacturer direct, no middle man or sales agent costs are added to the purchase. No expensive show homes to support. Being established for years, Granby has a low overhead expense and those saving are passed on to our clients. These timber frames are built in Canada and are an excellent value for our American friends.

Service: Granby supplies a limited number of homes each year for our clients. This keeps our service level high with one-on-one project planning. You have direct access to the designer and management, with no comments being lost at a middleman or sales rep. level. Included with every Granby package is an experienced supervisor onsite, to direct you and your crew on the re-assembly of the pre-built post & beam frame.

He has experience building log homes, classical timberframe, conventional stick frame and custom post & beam homes. Design Flexibility: Chose one of Granby's base models or use it as a starting point to make it meet your own needs. Our packages can be designed to be built on any type of foundation.
